Premium Subscription Emails

Second Life is a visually stunning place, if you haven't been, you should check it out. Everything that you see has been lovingly designed and built by its residents. It's only fitting that our outward email communications reflect the imaginations that create it.

I was asked to design several emails to our premium subscribers. One, a Thank You/Order Confirmation, and the other a Welcome to Your New Linden Home email. Content was rather heavy so creative use of white space, backgrounds, and font treatments helped make the emails easier to scan by readers.

All images were styled and shot by me. The process is rather intensive as each avatar is shot on a green screen, posed, then composited into a pre-shot scene that I stage within Second Life.
